The newly addition to this best hawker centre in PJ will be the Royal rojak. Trust me we have been eating this since we were young. And they just moved to this restaurant.

I just came back from this restaurant. I like the fact its authentic and there isn't any foreign workers, all chinese and indian. The price is very reasonable and tasted pretty good (especially their prawn mee). But the location is very confusing as its far away from the ldp highway, i passed by so many housing area and the direction is confusing.

I love coming to this hawker because almost everything here tasted GREAT! It's like a mini penang hawker center here in Petaling Jaya. Their prawn mee, chee cheong fun, laksa, chicken rice, pan mee, char kuey teow, yam cake, rojak and SO MUCH MORE tasted delicious!!! I usually come with my family members, 5 of us but we ordered close to 10 dishes. We ordered almost everything! Well their pricing has been changing over the recent years due to inflation and GST. The price for a bowl of laksa went from RM4.80 to almost RM 6 today. It's really crazy!!! But yeah it's just how the market functions for now. By the way, parking here is always a big headache. You will sometimes need to double park or maybe park further down at a parking spot. When you are lucky, you can get a spot along the street :) Wishing you good luck beforehand getting a parking! And oh yes not to forget, extra kilos to your current diet after having your meal here. Happy kilos of course :)

An old hawker restaurant with alot of awesomeness in it! It has been around here for a very long time & yet still standing, this alone proves how popular this restaurant is to the people around here. My first recommended choice would surely be their Asam Laksa. Definitely by far the best Asam Laksa that we had in the whole PJ. We have been continuing the search for good Asam Laksa but honestly we cant find any better options. Very authentic taste of asam soup, & the owner is generous enough to give alot of fish meat in it. The chee cheong fun/yong tau fu are perfect & you would always see people in queue trying to get their orders done. Other food like prawn mee, beef noodles, fried kuay teow, roti bakar, wanton mee are also serve here so don't be afraid to give this place a try. You would need some luck to hunt for parking & seats because it is always crowded with people.

This is one of the most popular coffee shop in Taman Paramount and again it is terribly hard to find a car park here and the best place to find one is to park at Giant's parking area. There goes to 60cent per hour parking. O&S has a variety of good food here and whenever I am able to find a car park and have lunch here, it will be hard to decide what to eat. I want to have everything here. What I can really opt for here is the assam laksa. It is by far one of the best I have tried in PJ. The coffee shop gets really crowded during 12 noon and by 2pm, most of the stalls are sold out of food. So it is best to come here before 12 noon and you also may have a better chance of finding a parking lot.

This is one of the popular kopitiam in Paramount. How I know about this kopitiam was due to the famous Penang prawn mee stall. Back then, the only reason I come to Paramount was solely to this kopitiam for the famous prawn noodles. However, the Penang prawn mee stall have moved to a shop of their own few doors down the same row of shop. Other than prawn noodles, there's so many other food stalls selling wide variety of foods like chicken rice, noodles soup, chee cheung fan (which is quite famous too), wonton noodles, and many more. Besides prawn mee, I'm also here for the Nyonya kuih as well. There's a stall selling super delicious Nyonya kuih but their kuih are so popular it's usually sold out by noon. Though this shop houses a lot of delicious hawker food, looking for a parking to dine here is a nightmare. The parking here is never sufficient. Once you got your parking, you've got to look for a seat as well. As this kopitiam is always packed with people.

O&S Restaurant in Taman Paramount is one of the busiest and crowded kopitiam in PJ area. The kopitiam is located opposite the Caltex petrol station in Taman Paramount, and it's a corner shop. I've been there for breakfast and lunch, and I always have to stand around to hunt for a sit. Sometimes I really wonder how early these people arrive at the kopitiam?! Finding a sit will not be your only problem, because you'll be hunting for a parking space too. There are many stalls in the kopitiam, but the ones that I usually order are the Pork Ball Noodle, Ipoh Hor Fun and Curry Mee. There pork ball noodle has Chinese sausages added into it; the Ipoh Hor Fun has a flavourful broth and I could taste the prawn in it; the curry mee has a thicker gravy and is perfect for those who prefer thicker curry mee rather than the watery type. You can also find your usual chicken rice, chee cheong fun, yong tau fu and many others in the kopitiam. The place can get stuffy due to the crowd, so it's advisable to wear lightly if you planning to have a meal there. If you don't mind to walk a small distance, you can always park at the proper paid car park area at Giant.

The Chee Cheong Fun there is very good. It has prawn paste, fried shallots and some chilli sauce mixed in it. Eating it altogether makes it taste so delicious. Sadly, the Penang prawn mee stall has moved out to their own shop. It was what made this hawker centre so famous. This is one of the most popular hawker centers in Malaysia so it's best to come early if you don't want to wait for a seat.
